Weekend Cruises Offered to Hong Kong's Popular Stanley Market
Already renowned for its glamorous evening harbour cruises and infamous red masts, the new route, launched at customer demand will be aqualuna's first route outside of the Hong Kong harbour. It is poised to become a 'must do' on any tourist agenda as it navigates the pretty waters and rocky coastline of Hong Kong's unspoilt south side.

Departing on both Saturdays and Sundays at 12 noon, guests will enjoy a relaxed 90 minute sailing before arriving in style at Blake Pier at 1:45pm. Once there, guests can step into Stanley's colourful market and hunt for bargains galore, lunch at one of the many the street-side cafes or restaurants, visit the Tin Hau Temple or sightsee at any one of a number of historical sights before boarding aqualuna at 3:30pm to leisurely head back to Central.

Onboard aqualuna, guests can lounge on luxurious, sunken sofas and cushions on the upper open deck whilst soaking up the sunshine, or sit comfortably at beautifully designed, dark wooden Chinese dining tables and chairs on the main deck never missing a moment of the mesmerising skyline from Victoria Harbour to unexplored corners of coastline.

The fabulous new day cruises will be priced at $190 one way and $290 for a round trip journey, including one beverage each way.

About aqualuna
Possibly Hong Kong's last authentic Chinese junk, aqualuna was meticulously hand built over an 18 month period by a veteran shipbuilder using the most traditional of Chinese boat building methods – all handcrafted using wood. The result is a beautiful 28-metre traditional red mast junk which offers its guests 1,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor entertainment space split over two finely crafted wooden decks.

aqualuna's name, pronounced 'Cheung Po Tsai' in Cantonese after the famous Cheung Chau Island pirate who terrorised the waters of the South China Sea at the turn of the century, adds to the legendary link with the area.

The traditional Chinese junk is one of Hong Kong's icons, and aqualuna with its infamous red sails has become a landmark in itself for tourists and residents alike.

In addition to the new weekend cruises, aqualuna offers daily 45-minute sailings of Victoria Harbour providing guests with a touch of Hong Kong's history while being enraptured in intoxicating harbour views.

aqualuna sailings depart from Pier 1 by the Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui and 9 Pier, Central. All journeys conclude at Pier 4 in Tsim Sha Tsui unless otherwise arranged. Afternoon sailings are priced at HK150.00 per person, “symphony of lights” sailings at HK$220 and all other evening sailings at HK$190.00. Prices are inclusive of one complimentary beverage.
