Welcoming guests escaping the cold during winter travel season, this set of 22 units ranges from two, three and five-bedroom beachside accommodations offering the ultimate luxury experience featuring unbelievable Miami and ocean views served alongside and endless array of elevated offerings and experiences.
Sometimes life calls for a retreat, so arriving with the concept is also the collection's Personal Guru, a concierge/butler hybrid that guests will be paired with to take care of their well-being and arrange VIP access during their stay. 1 Hotels' Personal Gurus are wellness experts, trained to assist travelers with customized services for a hyper curated vacation experience. The Retreat Collection journey begins with pre-arrival amenities, including the coordination of round-trip airport transportation, restaurant reservations and several activities available on request. As guests arrive, they are greeted curbside by their “guru” with a complimentary beverage of their choice and swiftly escorted to check-in through the private Residential Lobby. Upon entering their suite-style accommodations, rooms will be set up to guest preferences, with pre-selected groceries, international newspapers and reading materials. Unpacking services are offered as well.

Retreat Collection guests are granted culinary VIP access through priority seating and meal preferences at hotel restaurants Beachcraft by Tom Collichio – five times James Beard Award Winner, The Sand Box and Watr at the 1 Rooftop. Daily breakfast for two at Beachcraft is also included along with daily fresh pressed juice, coffee and daily Olly de-stress vitamin drop offs morning through the guests' Personal Guru.
