FRIDAY, MARCH 24

Sausalito Supper Club: Opening Night Reception & Dinner, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Verbena, Cavallo Point Lodge

Time-travel with us back to the 1920’s when the speakeasy flouted Prohibition’s rules and forbidden pleasures were enjoyed by just a few. Our opening night dinner for the weekend’s festivities boasts extravagant delights of food and wine for all. (And no secret password is required to enter, just a ticket.)

This swell evening’s featured chefs for the splendid four-course menu with wine pairings include Chef Justin Everett (Cavallo Point, Sausalito), Chef Mark Hannon (Lake Placid Lodge, Adirondacks, New York), Chef Mauricio Luna (XV Beacon, Boston), and Pastry Chef Nicolas Blouin (Mansion on Turtle Creek, Dallas).

SATURDAY, MARCH 25

Sriracha - Red, Hot & Spicy: Cooking Class & Brunch, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Cooking School at Cavallo Point Lodge

Add spice to your culinary creations with Sriracha, the can’t-live-without condiment. Beginning with a cooking demonstration, this hands-on class showcases the red-hot chili sauce in delectable dishes of a three-course brunch. Wines are specially chosen to complement the menu and beat the heat. The Lexus Hotel Partner chef instructors playing with fire include Chef Bernard Ibarra (Terranea, Rancho Palos Verdes, California), Chef Erling Wu-Bower (Thompson Chicago), Chef Cassidee Dabney (Blackberry Farm, Walland, Tennessee) with Chef Tony Adams (Cavallo Point Cooking School) as your event host.

Que Syrah, Syrah: Wine Tasting with Sommelier Anthony Giglio, 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tidewater, Cavallo Point Lodge

Back in the 1980’s when Napa Valley was primarily focused on Cabernet and Chardonnay, a small group of winemakers, the “Rhône Rangers” had a feeling that the terroir and soil was more similar to that of the Rhône Valley. This tasting will compare Napa Valley Rhône style wines such as Syrahs with their French Rhone counterparts such as Hermitage, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Cotes du Rhône.

Both the California and French wines will be paired with small bites from two acclaimed restaurants from Pebble Beach Resorts®, Peppoli and Roy’s.

Terre et Mer: Cooking Class & Dinner, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The Cooking School at Cavallo Point Lodge

Savor distinctive American flavors from a trio of Lexus Hotel Partner chefs whose prestigious resorts span the country. From the majestic peaks of the Rockies to the lush valleys of the wine country and seaside hamlets on the eastern shore, celebrate regional bounty from the mountains, land and sea with a hands-on cooking class and a signature three-course menu. Featured Lexus Hotel Partner chefs are Chef Samir Roonwal (St. Regis Aspen), Chef Nate Lindsay (Bardessono, Napa Valley), Chef Drew Hiatt (Topping Rose House, Bridgehampton) and evening event host Chef Tony Adams (Cavallo Point Cooking School). The cooking class will be followed by dinner paired with select premium wines from Napa Valley.

Finale Dinner: Starring George Lucas’ Skywalker Vineyards, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Skywalker Vineyards, Lucas Valley, Marin (SOLD OUT)

For the weekend’s finale dinner, the sky’s the limit. At George Lucas’ very private Skywalker Vineyards, guests are invited to an unforgettable evening that showcases their renowned Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines, and Skywalker Ranch’s Wagyu beef and organic-garden produce. This exclusive event begins in Cavallo Point’s Art Gallery with a Champagne pre-reception and culminates at Skywalker Vineyards. There, upon arrival, guests enjoy a reception of savory amuse-bouches surprises, including a raw bar, caviar station and barrel tasting. The sumptuous four-course dinner that follows features an exclusively curated menu by Lexus Hotel Partner chefs Chef Elizabeth Murray (Post Ranch Inn, Big Sur), Chef Brian Hunt (The Beekman, New York City), Chef Sunny Jin (The Allison Inn & Spa, Willamette Valley) and Pastry Chef Ethan Howard (Cavallo Point, Sausalito).

Skywalker Vineyards is located in northern Marin County within the private, bucolic enclave of Skywalker Ranch, about 30 minutes from Cavallo Point. For your convenience and comfort, guests will be transported in luxury to Skywalker Vineyards from Cavallo Point in Lexus vehicles. Please arrive promptly at Cavallo Point by 6:00 p.m. and check in at the Art Gallery. Join us for this exceptional evening of surprise and delight!

Lexus Grand Tasting, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Callippe, Cavallo Point Lodge

The weekend culminates in spectacular fashion at the Lexus Grand Tasting, featuring 15 Lexus Hotel Partner chefs from around the country, and vintners from the acclaimed California wine-growing regions of Napa Valley and Marin. This exclusive culinary adventure invites you to nibble, nosh and sip from the best-of-the-best of America’s finest chefs and premier California wineries.
