Paul Williams inspired design is realized through interiors by Richmond International, Diane Johnson, and Nancy Corzine and landscapes by Girvin Associates. The resort’s six distinct restaurants and bars include a jewel-box oceanfront restaurant offering inspired dining in an unparalleled setting, an al fresco beach bar, a sophisticated cocktail lounge, and a casual poolside burger and ice cream shack. Additional highlights include a luxurious Sense, A Rosewood Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, and two pools. Developed by Los Angeles real estate mogul Rick Caruso, the property is over a decade in the making and is destined to become a sought-after destination for fashionable beach getaways.
Rosewood Hong Kong, China
Located in the heart of Victoria Dockside, a blossoming food, art and design district on the promenade of Hong Kong’s iconic Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, Rosewood Hong Kong will open in early 2019 as a graceful new landmark on the city’s famous skyline. Designed by leading global architects Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF) with interiors by New York-based hospitality design guru Tony Chi of tonychi associates, the hotel will feature 413 guestrooms, eight dining options, and the first urban outpost for Asaya, Rosewood’s holistic wellness concept, with green spaces and outdoor living throughout. A family-friendly destination, the hotel will also offer Rosewood Explorers, a new kids concept designed to inspire creativity and social responsibility through fun and adventure. The hotel will overlook the Avenue of Stars, the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Cultural Centre, and is a short drive from the soon-to-launch M+ Museum of Visual Culture and the Xiqu Centre for Chinese opera in the West Kowloon Cultural District.
Rosewood Guangzhou (China)
Located in the heart of Tianhe District’s central business area, Rosewood Guangzhou will occupy the top 16 floors of the 530-meter Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre, the tallest completed building in all of Guangzhou. Just a short walk from the city’s most important cultural destinations, including the Guangdong Museum and the Zaha Hadid-designed Guangzhou Opera House, the hotel will feature 251 guestrooms and 355 Rosewood Residences, 23 of which will be duplex apartments. The property’s rich culinary scene will boast seven food and beverage venues ranging from a casual bistro to a contemporary indoor-outdoor restaurant to the highest situated bar in mainland China. The monumental property will also feature the Manor Club executive lounge, a grand ballroom, an elegant bridal suite, and a Sky Mansion on the 108th floor featuring a show kitchen terrace, as well as a luxurious two-level Sense, A Rosewood Spa with eight treatment suites, a health club, and an indoor pool.
Rosewood Bangkok (Thailand)
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ second property in Thailand, Rosewood Bangkok will open in 2019 as part of a new luxury enclave encompassing upscale residential, office and retail spaces. The hotel will feature 159 luxurious guestrooms spread over 33 stories, as well as three restaurants and bars and Rosewood’s signature Sense, A Rosewood Spa. Additional highlights of the property include a swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness center and the Pavilion, Rosewood’s residential-style function space which houses the top-floor, panoramic Sky Villa.
Rosewood Yangon (Myanmar)
Ideally situated on The Strand in the city’s historic district, Rosewood Yangon is housed in a stunning heritage building that lies amidst colonial landmarks and modern attractions alike. The hotel will offer 209 luxurious guestrooms, suites, and one and two-bedroom apartment units, many of which will feature patios and balconies with views of the majestic Yangon River. Five distinct dining include a residential-style tea lounge and patisserie, a modern Cantonese restaurant, a convivial brasserie, an intimate bar and cigar lounge, and a panoramic rooftop bar boasting sweeping views of the city.
