500-acre Village with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay Launches in SW Florida

Known for its relaxed coastal luxury, unparalleled waterfront living, and year-round golf, it’s no surprise that droves of wealth from across the country are flocking to SW Florida. In particular, the area of Bonita Springs, just north of Naples, was recently ranked among the top 20 U.S. places to live. To meet the demand, timed with this news, comes the introduction of a new, neighboring 500-acre coastal village – Saltleaf on Estero Bay. Situated on one of the last greatest stretches of waterfront, along the state’s first aquatic preserve, the master plan community officially commenced construction in June, marked by the groundbreaking of its golf course, designed by legendary pro golfer Raymond Floyd. Also underway are sales for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, with a world-class design team, condos starting in the $2M’s and more amenities than any in the region.

Saltleaf is a placemaking project that will present a new confluence of home and town. In its full vision, highlights of the destination will include:

  • Saltleaf Golf Preserve - Floyd, who won numerous PGA tournaments, including four majors, designed it to be one of the finest public courses in the U.S. when complete in 2023. Spanning 7,000 yards, it includes an 18-hole championship course; nine-hole short course; the unique facet of no bunkers, utilizing natural land contours; water elements; a clubhouse; and family-friendly activities.
  • The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay – Offering 224 residences overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Two magnificent towers by globally-acclaimed design firm Arquitectonica and interiors by award-winning, New York design studio Meyer Davis, are further elevated with 36,000 SF of indoor amenities – from a demo kitchen and Wine & Whiskey room, to a fully-loaded Wellness Center and dedicated Kids Club (to name a select few).
  • Saltleaf Marina - A 72-slip marina that will provide thoughtful new access to wondrous water activities and boating from Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico; and a launch point for easy day trips to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
  • Tantalizing Chef-driven dining locales including an adjacent five-star restaurant where residents can experience unforgettable, specially curated meals.
