  • Yurt Village: The new Yurt Village at The St. Regis Deer Valley is an exhilarating and private venue at which to dine with family or friends.  Yurt Village consists of three round dark blue Yurts that feature intricate mahogany lattice work, a plexiglass stargazing dome, windows that overlook the snow-covered Wasatch Range, radiant heat and are furnished in an elegant, rustic style.  Each Yurt, which can seat up to eight people, is individually-themed and based on the Olympic events held at Deer Valley resort during the 2002 XIX Winter games: Slalom, Moguls, and Aerials.  The menus change weekly.  Yurt Village can be accessed via skis or by raised walkway from the Hotel's main building. 
  • Heated Outdoor Dining All Winter Long:  Three of the resort’s restaurants— RIME, the resort's signature restaurant, which serves traditional American cuisine; Brasserie 7452, a light-filled and bistro-style surrounding a three-sided fireplace for diners of all ages; and the Mountain Terrace, perfect for an al fresco lunch, an après-ski Caviar Bar or a dinner under the stars— offers heated outdoor dining all winter.  Tables are generously distanced and heaters abound.  Menus for all were developed by Matthew Harris, who has earned a national reputation for his expertise in sustainable, farm-to-table cuisine.  Pair your meal with selections from the world-class 10,000 bottle Wine Vault.
  • Ski Valets Make Getting On and Off the Slopes a Cinch: The St. Regis Ski Valets handle all of a skier’s needs, from assisting with goggles and boots to placing your skis on the snow and ready to go—just step into the bindings.  The Valets also store skis, even if it’s just for a quick stop for lunch, during which the Valets will warm ski boots.  The Ski Valets disinfect all stored ski equipment nightly.
  • 7452 Bloody Mary Clinics at the St. Regis Bar & Lounge:  The new Saturday 7452 Bloody Mary Clinics are held at the St. Regis Bar & Lounge, with its supple leather seating and vibrant murals that pay tribute to the history of Park City.  A master mixologist reveals the secrets of making the resort’s famed libation, named for the altitude of the resort.  Learn what goes into the famous 7452, all while creating your own personal version of the timeless cocktail.  St. Regis Bar & Lounge is a favorite après-ski destination, and can easily be reached via the resort's funicular.
  • Sharpen Your Sabering and S'more Skills:  The St. Regis Deer Valley's Champagne Sabering Tradition, held every evening at dusk, gives guests the opportunity to learn the history of and witness the opening of a bottle of champagne with a real saber while enjoying a complimentary taste of the libation—a perfect start to an evening.  Show off your new skill at home!  The nightly S’mores Tradition invites guests to design their own decadent treats around the Astor Terrace fire pit, a perfect activity for all ages.
