8 Beachfront Villas to Debut at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Phulay Bay, the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, will open eight new and refurbished beachfront villas on December 1st, 2019. True to Phulay Bay’s signature style, the newly refreshed villas’ design will enhance the existing environment through the integration of local Thai art and cultural heritage, while introducing a modern yet sophisticated feel to the notable seaside oasis.

The structures were built prior to the hotel's development in 2010 and will be renovated for the first time by Dimensional Interpretation Studio, one of Thailand’s prestigious design firms in collaboration with P Landscape. Inspired by Thailand’s vibrant landscape and culture, the refreshed accommodations will be adorned in one of four signature shades of amber orange, red, purple and light green to signify the surrounding flora.

The Beach Villas will boast fully redesigned guest rooms, complete with expanded closet areas, spacious bathrooms doubled in size, and enhanced technology for upgraded comfort. With more natural light coming in and reflecting off the terrazzo, each Villa will bring to life the brightness already existent in the other Pavilions & Villas at Phulay Bay. Stepping outside, guests will find extended outdoor gardens in the four signature colors, complete with a private pool overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Though the beachfront villas were revamped, the designers made sure to keep the walls ornamented with traditional story-telling Lanna art, which will forever be an eminent trademark of Phulay Bay.

The location of the Beach Villas is premium, offering total privacy first line to the Andaman Sea, and a prime position just steps away from the main pool and the resort’s 5 Food & Beverage outlets.

Rates for the Beach Villas begin at $620 per night.
