A Journey to Self-Discovery at Mirbeau Inn & Spa
On Sunday, Aug. 16 from 3-6 p.m., Mirbeau will present “Journaling Through the Chakras” alongside Syracuse University Composition Professor and Writing Instructor Martha Dillingham. Throughout this workshop, participants will perform yoga poses, taught by instructor Judiann Cesta, designed to release tension and control breath, allowing for a full exploration of the body's seven main Chakras, also known as energy centers. The discovery of these Chakras can often lead to inspiration from deep within, and with the guidance of Dillingham, guests can record their experience in their own journals to reflect upon later.
