Stepping into the grand lobby with coffered barrel vault ceiling feels like we've arrived at a palace somewhere in Italy. We truly enjoyed the superb dining options at Acqualina, from the sunny breakfast veranda in the morning to the beachfront Costa Grill on the lawn for a relaxing lunch, to AQ by Acqualina in the lobby and the famed New York Italian restaurant, Il Mulino, with its impeccably polished wait staff. Il Mulino New York has been honored as the #1 Italian restaurant on the New York City Zagat Survey for an astonishing 20 years.

The Personal Touch



The service at Acqualina is as good as it gets. Everyone who stays here talks about it. Owner Jules Trump (no relation to Donald) has an amazing warm, kindhearted personality and it reflects in every member of the hotel's staff. General Manager Christof Pignet is also wonderful and always making sure guests are happy. His presence is felt throughout the resort as he interacts with all guests and staff daily to ascertain their well-being and utmost comfort at all times. Every encounter with a member of the Acqualina team is a special encounter.

The atmosphere here is so welcoming that it is truly hard to leave. The upside is if you really love it, you can move in to one of Acqualina's residences and be a permanent hotel guest!
