A New Apex of Alpine Exclusivity Emerges with the Grand Opening of Hoback Club in Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole enters a new chapter in its legacy of world class alpine living with the debut of Hoback Club, officially open as of January 26, 2026. As the destination’s first and only ski-in, ski-out ultra luxury private residences and members club, Hoback Club arrives as a landmark expression of the new ultra-luxury traveler priorities.

The exclusive sanctuary introduces just 25 impeccably designed residences, each arranged in spacious one-to-seven-bedroom configurations and crafted to feel like a private mountain home, complemented by refinements once reserved for Europe’s grandest hotels. Stays range from four nights to two weeks, creating a rhythm of residential living that feels effortless, discreet, and intimately choreographed.

Hoback Club eliminates the bustle of a traditional resort and replaces it with finely tuned, individualized service at every turn, with no front desk, no drop-ins & no lobby chatter. Instead, guests encounter an atmosphere of quiet precision where every detail is curated from slope-side ski valets who pre-warm gear for each run, in-residence wellness treatments by world-ranked therapists, hydrotherapy circuits designed for recovery after long days on the mountain, and dining by Michelin-level Chef Jean-Louis Dumonet within the grand yet intimate gathering space, The Great Hall

“Hoback Club was born out of a desire for deeply personal and deliberately rare hospitality in one of the world’s most exceptional destinations,” said John Newman, General Manager of Hoback Club. “From the cadence of each season to the way a day unfolds on the mountain, every element has been designed to elevate the guest experience. Whether arriving for first tracks in winter, long alpine days in summer, or the quiet stillness between seasons, guests are meant to feel completely at home here, supported by thoughtful service that encourages our guests to immerse fully in Jackson Hole, without compromise or distraction.”

Additional amenities include access to The Great Hall’s chef’s table, a refined gaming lounge with shuffleboard, card tables, and billiards, as well as private onsite parking. Programming is intentionally curated to simplify mountain living while amplifying its pleasures, with bespoke activities available for seamless booking through Hoback Club’s dedicated local expert on-site team, including exquisite access to the finest activities and experiences throughout Jackson Hole and beyond such as skiing, golfing, fly fishing, hot air balloon excursions, wildflower tours and more.

Mountain Wellness & Longevity Program

Wellness is elevated to an art form at Hoback Club within the subterranean Wellness Center,  featuring  a European-style hot cold hydrotherapy circuit, a Himalayan salt relaxation room, three distinct sauna experiences, dedicated treatment suites, movement studios, an indoor pool, outdoor lap pool, heated hot tubs, and cold plunges. Every season is anchored by water, the ultimate element of recovery. Members may also enjoy in-residence massage and post-ski therapies from an elite Euro Spa team.

An Elevated Interpretation of Alpine Comfort Cuisine

Alpine comfort cuisine takes center stage within The Great Hall, drawing inspiration from the Alps and the Rockies with hearty, nourishing dishes defined by rich flavors and rustic elegance. Under the direction of Chef Jean-Louis Dumonet, menus feature fondue, raclette, schnitzel, robust stews, and warming soups showcasing root vegetables, cured meats, and local artisanal cheeses. Locally sourced produce anchors each dish, complemented by house-made rustic breads, rösti, and classic desserts such as apple strudel and chocolate fondant. The culinary ethos of Hoback Club mirrors the Jackson Hole philosophy that quality living supports longevity, with an unwavering commitment to utilizing local, fresh, and health-giving ingredients alongside an unparalleled level of personalized service.

The bespoke wine program curated by European-trained Maître Sommelier Nelson Veiga will feature over 500 selections spanning exceptional New & Old World wines, with a focus on terroir-driven producers and cellar-worthy vintages free from chemical manipulation, herbicides, pesticides, and unnatural fertilizers, offering guests a wellness-driven approach to wine selections and pairings.  Members and guests may explore the collection through nightly tastings in The Great Hall and intimate wine dinners paired with Chef Dumonet’s inspired Alpine cuisine.

The Great Hall

Framed by an expansive outdoor deck overlooking the Jackson Hole landscape, complete with fire pits and soft seating, The Great Hall is poised to become the area’s most coveted après-ski setting. Nightly live music and a signature raclette experience foster conviviality while preserving the discretion that defines the club.

Bespoke Residential Design

Designed for multi-generational families and luxury travelers alike, each residence blends mountain modern aesthetics with state-of-the-art conveniences including Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchens, humidity-controlled environments, heated floors, Home & Hearth fireplaces, and wood-beamed ceilings that frame sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.
