The Beach Club, Barbuda is a highly anticipated private resort and residential community set on 400 acres with two miles of pristine shoreline on Barbuda’s southwest coast. The project is being developed by founders Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon and James Packer.
The Beach Club is anchored by Nobu Beach Inn, a 17-bungalow boutique resort scheduled to open in 2027. The low-impact, nature-first resort will include 36 bedrooms, the Caribbean's only Nobu destination, Nobu Barbuda, an expansive beach club and restaurant, indoor and outdoor spa, oceanfront pool, tennis and padel courts, kids club and a multitude of boating and water sports.
