ARIA Elevates Guest Experience with Resort Club & Concierge Lounges

Adding to its distinct collection of elegant hospitality amenities, ARIA Resort & Casino recently debuted the ResortClub Lounge and Concierge Lounge, where guests can enjoy a dedicated welcome experience and intimate gathering spaces.

The Resort Club Lounge, accessible to all guests who reserve a Resort Club room, provides a host of amenities including a daily social hour with complimentary wine and champagne, gourmet bites throughout the day, pre-arrival concierge to assist with all those little details, high-floor accommodations and business services.

ARIA’s Concierge Lounge – available to all ARIA guests – creates a highly personalized experience dedicated to one-on-one assistance from the resort’s knowledgeable concierge team, in a cozy, welcoming living room atmosphere. ARIA is the only Las Vegas resort to have more than 50 Concierge team members and 8 Les Clefs d’Or associates, an elite group of concierge members armed with extraordinary skills who can assist with everything from the simple need to the most complex requests.

Resort Club Lounge
Located adjacent to the ARIA Café, the Resort Club Lounge is an intimate retreat where guests have access to:

• Social Hour: Resort Club Lounge hosts a daily Social Hour from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. serving complimentary select wines, beers and sparkling wine. Outside of those hours, Resort Club Lounge offers craft cocktails available for purchase such as mimosas, martinis and bellinis.

• Sumptuous Eats: Day and night, Resort Club Lounge guests have a selection of delectable bites at their fingertips. Breakfast from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. features items such as banana bread with coconut cream, bagels with smoked salmon, and avocado toast. Social Hour guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres ranging from soy-glazed short ribs and quinoa salad, to lobster rolls and olive oil-poached salmon. Chocolate-dipped strawberries, French macarons, and caramel chouquette headline the desserts available on a nightly basis.
• High-Floor Rooms: Guests who book one of the 125 Resort Club Lounge rooms – available in five room types – enjoy access to the Lounge in addition to high-floor accommodations with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip or the mountain range surrounding the desert valley.
• Pre-Arrival Concierge: Ensuring each Resort Club Lounge guest has a customized and stress-free stay, ARIA’s concierge will contact guests prior to arrival to assist with booking restaurant reservations, show tickets or any other needs.
• Business Services: Resort Club Lounge includes limited business services in one convenient location.

Concierge Lounge
The Concierge Lounge at ARIA marks a monumental shift in hotel hospitality, removing these services from the main lobby desk, in favor of an intimate, living room environment (pictured below). Any guest at ARIA can access the Concierge Lounge and sit across the table from one of the resort’s esteemed representatives for a personal one-on-one conversation. Whether it is finding a table at the best restaurant in the city, booking tickets to the hottest show in town, or reserving a limo ride for the night – the Concierge Lounge offers unique destination to answer any question.
