The Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec City announced the appointment of Jean-Louis Souman to Hotel Director of the historic boutique hotel. In this esteemed position, Jean-Louis will oversee all operations of the hotel to ensure that best practices and the highest standards of service are carried out.

Jean-Louis Souman brings more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held senior positions at various luxury hotels in Europe, including Paris's Hôtel Le Bristol. He started his career at the Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh. After stints at the Hôtel Hilton (Paris) and the Hôtel Sheraton (Paris), he embarked on what would become an almost three-decade long career at the Hôtel Le Bristol, rising to the position of general manager.

To underline his exceptional contributions to the hospitality industry, Jean-Louis Souman has been awarded several personal awards including the prestigious French National Order of Merit and the Gold Medal of Tourism.

As a long-time veteran of luxury hospitality, Jean-Louis Souman brings a vast wealth of knowledge to the operations of Auberge Saint-Antoine and Panache, its acclaimed restaurant.
