The terrace, with its views down the mountain, makes the perfect place to rejuvenate, wrapped up in blankets in the winter months or on the day-beds in summer.
Cuisine follows the ‘garden to plate' mantra - fresh, delicate flavors and a range of the finest meats, fish and vegetables combine with championing some of the best local producers.
