Beach Enclave Completes The Reserve at Grace Bay with the Opening of Villa 3

Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos has officially opened Villa 3 at The Reserve at Grace Bay by Beach Enclave. The debut marks the completion of its collection of private beachfront villas along one of the island’s most desirable stretches of Grace Bay beach. Spanning nearly five acres, The Reserve includes three villas, each designed by architect Jacobsen Arquitetura to reflect the brand’s emphasis on privacy, design, and an approach that blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The Reserve offers a residential-style experience with five-star resort amenities, a dedicated team, and direct beach access. As a launch offering, Beach Enclave’s Sunshine & Serenity summer promotion includes 20% savings with a $1,000 resort credit for bookings made by June 30, 2025 and travel by August 31, 2025.

Measuring approximately 13,800 square feet, Villa 3 features nearly 10,700 square feet of interior space and a layout designed for families and groups. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the main living areas, framing uninterrupted ocean views and allowing natural light to fill the interiors. Villa 3 incorporates mineral-based plaster, native stone, and warm wood finishes, all reflecting Jacobsen Arquitetura’s intent to soften modern forms with organic materials and create a continuous visual and physical relationship with nature. The main house includes five bedrooms, including a glass-wrapped primary suite with a soaking tub, dual indoor and outdoor showers, and a private terrace. Two additional beachfront guest rooms open onto balconies, while a garden-view bedroom and a media room with full ensuite complete the ground floor. A two-bedroom guest cottage sits adjacent to the main residence and can be configured to accommodate a variety of group needs.

Villa 3 has been designed for year-round living with a layout that emphasizes openness, light, and an uninterrupted connection to the beach. Outdoor features include a 50-foot infinity pool with sun shelf and jacuzzi, a fire pit lounge set in the garden, and a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and dining area. The rooftop lounge includes a wet bar and plush seating, offering an elevated space for sunset cocktails or quiet gatherings.

Guests staying at The Reserve have access to a dedicated sport and activity amenity set reserved exclusively for the three villas. These include a 4,500-square-foot golf-green complex with multiple tee boxes, two tennis courts with shaded pavilions, and courts for pickleball, padel, basketball, and beach volleyball. A 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor game lounge with bocce and cornhole, and a beach stocked with paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear make it easy to stay active.

A dedicated private butler, chef, daily housekeeping, concierge, and turndown service speak to Beach Enclave’s commitment to offering a personalized luxury experience for guests. Butlers assist throughout the day with beach and pool setup, meal and drink service, and activity coordination. Chefs work directly with guests to plan menus around preferences and dietary needs, preparing meals in-villa using fresh, local ingredients. The concierge team is available to coordinate private boat charters, spa treatments, off-property excursions, and private celebrations. The scale and layout of Villa 3 make it especially suited for multi-generational travel, milestone gatherings, and private group stays, offering a rare combination of space, privacy, and resort-level convenience in one of the Caribbean’s most desirable destinations.
