Bootcamp sessions will unfold with fun and exciting activities, seeking a balance between three fundamental aspects: the physical, mental and spiritual.

Group functional training takes place in the outdoors -- a combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training which aims to help achieve a state of optimal health and well-being.

A special nutrition plan based on a Mediterranean diet has been developed specially for the bootcamp program. The menus recommended are carefully created by Chef Luís Mourão.

The days are structured so that there are peaks of maximum physical intensity. However, there are also periods of relaxation and free time to allow participants to enjoy the magnificent surroundings of the resort and the Sayanna Wellness Centre. Here you can enjoy a complimentary relaxing massage and make use of all the SPA facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath.
