The service in Florianopolis ensures a smooth and easy check in - a ground agent checks a guest in before they arrive at the airport, checks their luggage when they arrive and
hand delivers them their tickets, alleviating the need to wait in line. In Sao Paulo, a VIP ground agent welcomes guests as they exit the plane, escorts them through customs, pick up their
luggage and re-check them if necessary. These are extra services and charged at BRL $20 per person (Florianopolis) and BRL $150 per person (Sao Paulo).
