Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Launches Pizza Bar Pop-Ups

This Spring, Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is celebrating an Italian classic - pizza - through a collaboration with Pier Daniele Seu, one of the most innovative voices in contemporary Italian pizza, and Bellavista, a leading Italian producer of Franciacorta.

The first Pizza Bar Pier Daniele Seu opened April 18th in the garden at Bvlgari Hotel Milano. Housed in the gazebo, which has been redesigned by Bonacina, the space accommodates 20 guests indoors and 20 guests outdoors and features iconic furniture pieces from the brand.

In May, the second Pizza Bar will open at Bvlgari Hotel Roma on the hotel’s 5th floor terrace. Open exclusively in the evenings, the space welcomes guests with views of the city and of the open-air pizza oven.

Pier Daniele Seu has gained widespread recognition for his contemporary approach to one of the most iconic symbols of Italian cuisine. In 2019, he was named ‘Pizza Chef of the Year’ by 50 Top Pizza, while his restaurant Seu Pizza Illuminati in Rome has been ranked among the best pizzerias in the world, placing 3rd in Italy and 5th globally.

Starting in June, the pop-ups will gradually be introduced to other destinations within the group, reinforcing Bvlgari Hotels’ commitment to bringing the art of Italian hospitality to an international level. The menu features 8 pizzas, including the chef’s signature creations and recipes designed specifically for this project. The selection ranges from refined interpretations of great Italian classics - including the Margherita DOP - to more contemporary creations such as “Variazione di Zucchine”, “Indiavolata”, “Formaggi e Limone”, “Cocktail di Gamberi” e la “Crudo di Gambero” - one of the most representative pizzas on the menu.
