Canada's Bel Air Tremblant introduces Luxury Glamping Domes & Pods

Glamping, a combination of “glamorous” and “camping”, is a new trend that has taken the hospitality industry by storm. The rising popularity of Glamping is driven by the increasing number of travelers made up primarily of Millennials that seek a relaxing stay with luxuries while connecting to nature.

Bel Air Resort in Mont Tremblant was one of the first to recognize this trend and in September 2019 incorporated luxury domes into its offerings. The domes were so successful the resort has since doubled their inventory and are currently developing 30 more different types of domes and pods.

Each unit has a distinctively modern architecture that is innovative and unique. The spacious and luxurious Zen interiors create a seamless blend between nature and modernity with oversized windows and panoramic views of the surrounding nature. Each unit has an outdoor deck where guests can relax in their own private hot tub or sauna after enjoying a day of activities.

Bel Air Resort is a destination in itself offering more than 35 rental units from luxury domes and pods to modern chalet rentals.

Nestled on 543 acres of land, this unique mountain resort is located just a few minutes from the famous Mont-Tremblant ski resort in Quebec, Canada. The site encompasses a lush forest, 9 acre prairie and a pristine 10 acre lake. It is rich with a diverse flora and wildlife.

Guests staying at Bel Air Tremblant can take advantage of the hotel’s many onsite activities and resort style amenities including a luxurious spa, outdoor pool (open in summer) and Jacuzzi, a game room, fitness center and yoga studio. There is a bistro where guests can enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink after a workout in the gym. Onsite activities include a zip line, 4x4 buggies, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and more.

Perhaps two of the most enjoyable features of Bel Air are the mini-animal farm and the Dream Bridge. Guests can take a short walk down to the barn and interact with the ponies, alpacas, piglets, goats, bunnies and other animals. The resort’s newly built Dream Bridge is a romantic, suspended pathway through the trees with platforms where guests can stop to relax, take pictures or sip a glass of champagne.

In 2021, Bel Air Resort has new units available for rent offering a new choice of glamping experience to the guests.
