  • Selva Oaxaca Cocktail Bar: Alexandra Purcaru, Beverage Director and Co-Founder of the award-winning Oaxaca City cocktail bar, will host a series of spirited events celebrating the artistry of mixology and developing signature cocktails utilizing indigenous Latin American flavors. From a coursed dinner menu, curated by the resort’s executive chef couple Arno Janse van Rensberg and Liezl Odendaal, to an engaging mixology workshop led by Alexandra and a special cocktail hour on the terrace at Grano featuring a selection of enticing spirits.   • Festival de La Luz: The resort is symbolically marking the start of festive with a ‘Festival de la Luz’experience, where the many holiday lights across the resort are turned on simultaneously at sunset. (Timing: December 21 & 22)
  • Cienfuegos & Costa Rican Horse Show: Guests can enjoy an immersive dinner, featuring a fantastic meal and a traditional stable show. Dinner centers around a menu of land, with the open-fire cooking being a central part of the experience.   • Christmas Eve: On Christmas Eve, families can gather at the resort’s signature restaurant, Grano, for an untraditional Christmas Eve Dinner that perfectly blends expected ingredients with Costa Rican flair and tradition.   • Christmas Day Roast: On Christmas Day, as an ode to Costa Rican traditions, Cienfuegos will serve a family-style meal, featuring whole suckling pig, grilled beef cuts, arroz con pollo, tortillas wrapped in banana leaves, grilled cabbage, and palmito salad. (Timing: December 25)
