National Tequila Day is July 24, so I wanted to share information about the ultimate oceanfront rosé tequila bar, called OLÉ ROSÉ, available at Esperanza, An Auberge Resort in Cabo San Lucas this summer.
Esperanza's OLÉ ROSÉ bar is taking "aprés-sun" to a whole new level in partnership with Codigo 1530 “El Tequila Privado,” a rosé tequila! Open nightly from 5-7 p.m., OLÉ ROSÉ features an Insta-worthy pink outdoor lounge with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez in the background. Guests can imbibe in festive rosé and rosé mezcal-spiked cocktails like “Yes Way, Rosé!” and “Fesca Frosé.” The menu also includes a playful assortment of small bites, including pink-hued beetroot hummus and a guava Codigo rosé popsicle!
For those who really want to get into the tequila spirit, Esperanza also offers a Tequila Tasting Journey with the resort’s Master Tequilero Christian Moya. The class includes a tasting of his favorite bottles as he weaves through the spirit’s history, discusses exactly how tequila differs from mezcal, and walks you through the spirit’s various classifications—from clear, unaged Blanco tequilas to Extra Añejos aged for more than three years.
