With new spring experiences, there is something for everyone.

Wildflower Farms has also just been named on two of the most prestigious award lists celebrating the best new hotels and resorts in the world. The property has been awarded on Travel + Leisure’s eighteenth annual ‘It List’ and AFAR’s esteemed ‘Stay List’ for 2023. Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection opened in September 2022 as an environmentally conscious, design-forward retreat, where guests encounter nature through a back-to-the-land philosophy and unscripted luxury.

New Experiences:

Hudson Hills: Journey through the winding rail trails and bike paths around Wildflower Farms on electric-optional bicycles with an attached GPS leading you on a specially curated route. Daily, Available May 1, $150pp

Rock Climbing Adventure: Take on rock climbing with a skilled local guide, along the Shawangunk Ridge who will teach you how to attach, scale and find notches as you ascend thorugh the most memorable parts of the Hudson Valley. Full Day 9:30 am, $380pp, Half Day 9:30am or 2:00pm, $380pp

Local Lambs: Guests are invited for a private tour of a neighboring farm to visit baby lambs and learn how they are born and raised on a working farm. Get a sneak peak into where the farm makes sheep dairy products and shop the farm store for sheep-related goodies. Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11:30am and 2pm, March 15 – April 12, $32 adults, $16 children under 12yrs

New Workshops:

The Art Tree Grafting: Meet our farmer Jax for a hands-on workshop where guests will learn about the complex history of tree grafting and how it is used to grow all of the fruit varieties we find today on the market. Guests will also have the opportunity to bring home their own grafted fruit tree! Saturdays at 4pm, April 1 – June 10

Raising Shiitake: Dive into the world of fungi and learn the ancient technique of growing shiitake mushrooms on logs from the forest through a hands-on workshop teaching the necessary skills for shiitake log inoculation. Saturdays, 2pm, April 1 – May 27, $75pp

Wild Seeds: Forage from the bounty of wild leeks that pop up around Wildflower’s forested trails in a hike through the woods while learning about leek ecology, and sustainable harvesting. Bring home your bounty with a farm made leek pesto and recipe card to enjoy at home. Sundays, 9am, April 2 – April 30, $75pp

Watercolor with Nature: Immerse yourself in an abundance of local blooms while you learn how to paint wildly expressive watercolor florals with local artist Jaime Reynolds. Delight in the playful nature of watercolor paints as you decorate a set of 4 notecards. Fridays, 2pm, Available March 24th, $145pp

New York Wine Tasting:

Neighboring Vines:  Guests can enjoy six vegan, non-intervention wines from Whitecliff Vineyards while learning about the wine making process. After tasting, head up to Clay and enjoy a bottle form our wine list. Second & Fourth Saturday, 12:30pm, $155pp

New York Winemaker Series: Savor the unique flavors of the Hudson Valley and join us for an exclusive tasting experience with local New York winemakers, sampling a selection of regional wines and learning the story behind each. Select Thursdays, 1pm, Beginning April 13th, $125pp
