Clark’s Aspen, the first Aspen restaurant from Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman of Austin-based McGuire Moorman Hospitality, is hosting a decadent New Year’s Eve celebration and tickets are still available to the public for purchase.
For $300/person, guests can enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu including starters like plateau de fruits de mer, New England clam chowder and red snapper ceviche followed by mains like lobster ravioli, dry-aged Beeman Ranch NY strip and seared scallop & Perigord truffle risotto. Top off the night with chocolate raspberry bombes, meringata with vanilla & praline and a toast at midnight. Additional caviar service is available for purchase along with a Cristal champagne special for $65/glass.
Reservations can be made here; the bar opens at 4:30pm and seatings begin at 5pm.
