Celebrate the End of Summer at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel
The Taste of Baja Food & Wine Experience kicks off the Ohana weekend on Friday, September 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will highlight Raya’s Pan-Latin coastal cuisine. Executive Chef Brian Sundeen will present a selection of tapas-style tasting dishes accompanied by wine tastings from 15 boutique wineries from the Baja region of Mexico. Throughout the afternoon, representatives from each of the wineries will share their stories and experiences and discuss tasting notes for their wine selection.

The oceanfront resort is also offering two Ohana Music Festival overnight room packages – a one-night/one-day VIP ticket package and a two-night/three-day VIP ticket package. Both packages are for arrival on Friday, September 8 and include access for two guests to the resort’s Taste of Baja Food and Wine Experience on Friday and VIP admission to the Festival. The one-night package is $2,199 and the two-night package is $1,999 per night. The Food and Wine Experience will provide nourishment for guests making their way to the Festival at Doheny State Beach where they will enjoy live music by a diverse lineup with headliners such as Social Distortion, Eddie Vedder and Jack Johnson. The Pixies, Haim, Ray LaMontagne, Fiona Apple, Glen Hansard, TV On The Radio and Dr. Dog are among the acts set to play.

The Baja Food & Wine Experience is available a la carte for $95 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, or as part of the Ohana Music Festival packages. Individual reservations can be made by calling Resort Services at 949-240-2000. Two tickets to the food and wine experience are included with the overnight packages.
