Sou'Wester restaurant Chef de Cuisine Eddie Moran and Top Chef Just Desserts finalist, Chef Matthew Petersen, have designed a wonderful Thanksgiving menu filled with seasonal favorites inspired by the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region. The menu will be served to the table "family-style" in the great tradition of Thanksgiving, allowing guests to dine at their own pace while enjoying a convivial sense of community.
