Nordic Nights is perfect for post-outdoor adventures or dinner, and will be open from 5 - 10 p.m. beginning Friday, Dec. 15 to New Year’s Day.

The Hythe is home to four food and beverage concepts; each infusing an air of celebration and passion for gathering into every meal. Revel at The Hythe – the resort’s curated restaurant and lounge that captures the revelry and passion for the mountains – will host a Christmas Eve Buffet from 4 - 9 p.m. and a New Year’s Eve Dinner from 5 - 9 p.m. Margie’s Haas – the property’s farm-to-table restaurant and tribute to the World War II local home cook, Margie Haas – will be open on Christmas for a thoughtful brunch from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
