The mid-century modern Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona is getting in the holiday spirit with festive events for the season.
Take care of everyone on your “nice” list at Sip, Shop + Socialize on Sunday, December 9 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. This holiday shopping event will feature 15 local boutiques, drinks, food, live music, a photo booth, face painting and a visit from Santa. Tickets for those 21 and over are $15 and include a drink, a $10 voucher, Champagne and spirit samples, and bites from top local chefs; those 20 and under can attend for free. Christmas is twice as nice this year with two buffets to choose from. The Valley Ho Christmas Buffet in the Sands venue will feature a delicious assortment of starters, entrées, desserts and a carving station with prime rib and ham. ZuZu is serving up dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a starter buffet, choice of à-la-carte entrées including turkey with all the trimmings, and a festive dessert buffet. The Valley Ho Christmas Buffet is $59 per person, and the ZuZu buffet starts at $52 per person depending on entrée selection; children 12 and under can join either event for $19; prices do not include tax, gratuity or alcohol. ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho will be ringing in 2019 in retro style with a delectable five-course New Year’s Eve dinner including Champagne pairings with each course. The first seating, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., is $125 per person; the second seating, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., is $160 per person.
