The four-hour workshop will take guests on a sweet adventure, teaching the secrets of working with this ancient and mystifying food. Under the expert guidance of a professional chef, guests will craft their very own handmade chocolates whilst learning the essential techniques of tempering chocolate, transfer sheets, chocolate bonbon confection and how to make different flavoured fillings and ganache.

Cook’n With Class was founded in 2007 by French chef Eric Fraudeau to teach the art of French cooking, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Set in the heart of Montmartre, just a short hop from the hotel, the state of the art kitchens have a sleek urban design. The intimate workshops are taught in English, by a team of passionate chefs for a unique, hands-on learning experience.
