For centuries, essential oils from plants, flowers and fruits have been used for their beneficial therapeutic properties. COMO Shambhala has built on these established principles to develop seven unique blends using aromatherapy grade pure essential oils.

PURIFY, the detox blend and SHELTER, the post-exercise blend, is now available as pocket-sized wellbeing in the form of 10ml roller balms.

The SHELTER Balm is the perfect post-exercise therapy and gym bag essential helping users to unwind after a workout.

The SHELTER blend features eucalyptus, basil, camphor, lemon, ginger and peppermint. Individually, each oil has a stimulating effect improving circulation. In combination, the oils take on more powerful qualities helping to relieve fatigue and muscular stiffness.
