Today, Coquillade, which is named after the Eurasian skylark, has evolved into a charming village style hotel with a prime hillside location overlooking the Luberon, surrounded by 42 hectares of vineyards, lavender fields and forest.

The property also has a 1,500sqm award-winning Spa, the acclaimed Aureto winery and an exclusive cycling centre. It has a stellar reputation, with many guests returning year after year since Coquillade first opened in 2008, and the hotel is being redesigned to bring guests deeper into the heart of Provence, through new dining experiences, beautiful garden terraces, and sophisticated yet authentically designed accommodation.

Coquillade has also always made the environment a priority in all its decisions in order to protect nature, as well as to keep the authentic character of the property and the neighboring national park. Coquillade re-opens as a member 'It must be NOW!', a platform focused on boldly advancing sustainability, to transform the impact and future of travel to be a force for good, for people and for our planet. Faithfulness to its surroundings, sustainability, time in nature and total comfort will all be central to La Coquillade’s experience.

Guests can rest assured they are in good hands with the highest standards of hygiene in place, with each even being given their own personal pillow to rest their head and take home to remember the hotel by. Watch this space…you are in good hands.
