The destination wellness and adventure resort from Auberge Resorts Collection, Hacienda AltaGracia, (Costa Rica) will host Selva Oaxaca Cocktail Bar, named one of the top 50 Best Bars in North America, for an immersive cocktail collaboration from December 12 – 16.
Alexandra Purcaru, Beverage Director and Co-Founder of the award-winning Oaxaca City cocktail bar will host a series of spirited events celebrating the artistry of mixology and developing signature cocktails utilizing indigenous Latin American flavors. From a coursed dinner menu, curated by the resort’s executive chef couple Arno Janse van Rensberg and Liezl Odendaal, to an engaging mixology workshop led by Alexandra and a special cocktail hour on the terrace at Grano featuring a selection of enticing spirits, the property recommits its dedication to celebrating Latin flavors and local Costa Rican ingredients.
The collaboration will also include a limited-edition bottled cocktail available in-room for the New Year’s Eve festivities on property.
