As part of this exclusive program, Jacopo Nardini, Director of Restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, traveled to Kentucky to personally select the resort's exclusive barrel. After a curated tasting, Mr. Nardini chose a small batch barrel with the precise coordinates 17g21-v3810.20-24-1062.

Each barrel of bourbon possesses a distinct flavor profile influenced by its storage location and the nuances of the wood. These coordinates designate a specific barrel within the Sazerac houses, where they are blended to ensure consistency in flavor profile before bottling. From the aroma guests will encounter delightful notes of cherry, orange, and cinnamon raisin bread, alongside traditional scents of caramel and vanilla.
