The expanded cocktail menu reflects Bar Manager Gail Lanorias’ distinctive philosophy of ‘complex but not complicated,’ featuring layered, seasonal flavors built on intentional craftsmanship rather than theatrical spectacle. The botanical Golden Child features Spanish Nordes Gin with sage, bay and lemon verbena, elevated by house-made rosemary syrup and a bright splash of pineapple juice.
Southern Belle reimagines the classic iced tea as a sophisticated ‘grown-up apple-tea-ni,’ combining Avallen Calvados with tart green apple notes, honey, and champagne. Star Crossed Lovers offers an inventive interpretation of beloved local desserts, harmoniously blending vodka, red bean, and yuzu, crowned with a delicate matcha soy foam that balances citrus brightness with gentle sweetness.
Adorned by high-gloss racing green lacquer and striking Pevla stone – evoking the abstract landscapes of Wes Anderson’s cinematic universe – The Green Room radiates an effortless sophistication charged with vibrant energy.
