In Cognac, a glimpse into the harvest process and visits to family-run vintners, like Bourgoin, to the world's premier players, like Hennessy, offer an immersion into the heart and soul of a timeless tradition.


Savor culinary delights at Dyades, the gastronomic haven at Domaine des Etangs, where dishes are artfully crafted using produce sourced from the on-site certified organic farm.

Discover the delicacies of caviar in a private tour and harvesting workshop with a local producer or set out on a hunt for the infamous black gold truffle with a local farming family.
