• One wedding per day, ensuring not only privacy for the ceremony and celebratory festivities, but exclusive access to the hotel’s stunning façade and more than 450 acres of rolling estate for wedding photographs and videos
• Accommodations on the night of the big day in the luxurious Bridal Suite
• Accommodations in two additional Deluxe Rooms on the night of the wedding
• Choice of venue for the reception
• Use of the stage, dance floor, roving microphone, and amplification
• Complimentary chair covers
• White table and napkin linens
• A cake stand and knife
• Color-coordinated LED mood lighting in the Brian Boru Hall

Winter Wedding Package Number 2, which has a rate of €99.00 per person (inclusive of 10% discount and based on a minimum of 100 guests), includes the following:

• Welcome sparkling wine reception
• Tea/Coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival
• A five 5 course dinner with a choice of main course and a half bottle of house wine per person
• A sparkling wine toast
• Evening supper with tea/coffee and Chef’s selection of sandwiches
• A late bar service fee exemption

The two reception dinner menus are as bespoke as the setting. Examples include Duck Leg Confit with Spiced Piperade Risotto and Sweet Onion Jus; Roast Parsnip & Vegetable Soup with Chervil; Grilled Irish Sirloin Steak with Braised Red Cabbage and Creamed Pepper Sauce or Roast Pave of Salmon with Garlic & Scallion Crushed Potato and Chive & Tomato Nantaise. Tea and coffee are included, of course, as is a fabulous dessert: Delice of Bramley Apple Crumble with Classic Brown Bread Ice Cream, anyone? The second menu celebrates the fruits of the sea.
