Partners include: renowned chef and Native American culinary expert Loretta Oden; Chef Jessica Sanchez of Loba Restaurant in Miami; Hayfork Wine; Carlo Mondavi of Continuum and RAEN Winery; and John Sutcliffe and Joe Buckel, owner and winemaker, respectively, of Sutcliffe Vineyards, Dunton Hot Springs' sister vineyard in McElmo Canyon, CO.

Often referred to as one of the top culinary hotels in the US, Dunton Hot Springs' Epicurean Weekend will allow guests to sample regionally inspired cuisine while closely interacting with the renowned personalities crafting each culinary experience. Dunton's own Chef Karlos Baca will curate the weekend's culinary activities, incorporating his own passion for foraging for wild ingredients, Chef Loretta Oden's knowledge of authentic Native American culinary traditions, Chef Jessica Sanchez's farm-to-table expertise, and a selection of unique wine pairings from the assembled winemakers.
