Guests can venture into ENO for In the Dark where they can sample and sip a mystery flight of wine and discuss the wine's profiles with the resort's sommelier in an attempt to guess what wines they are enjoying. In the Dark tasting is $25 per person and will be offered throughout the evening. ENO is an upscale Bay Area wine bar that offers flights of wines as well as wine by the glass. The sommeliers specialize in introducing guests to new and interesting wines and educating them on every aspect of wines, wineries and varietals. ENO is open Wednesday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

In The Conservatory, Chef Alvin Dela Cruz presents In the Raw where menu items that use the least amount of electricity are highlighted in recognition of Earth Hour. Guests can enjoy such items as Kale Salad with D'anjou Pears, Cranberry, Toasted Pecans, Crispy Quinoa, Quince, Smoked Gouda and Cinnamon Champagne Dressing or Watermelon Gazpacho with Cucumber, Tomato, Candied Sunflower Seeds and Smoked Gouda. Showcasing handmade cocktails and community grown food throughout the day, The Conservatory offers casual oceanfront dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

Exclusively for guests, The Ritz-Carlton Spa is offering a complimentary 30-minute SURFSET class instructed under serene lantern lit setting. The intimate class focuses on increasing leg strength, flexibility and engages all of the postural muscles. The Ritz-Carlton Spa offers a lavish setting to indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation and features 16 treatment rooms, including two couples rooms and three facial rooms, as well as a co-ed Roman mineral bath.

Earth Hour started in 2007 as a lights-off event to raise awareness about climate change and has grown to engage more than 162 countries and territories worldwide. Earth Hour is Saturday, March 28 at 8:30 p.m. local time.
