Eden Rock - St Barths Introduces The Christopher Columbus Suite
This luxurious, spacious single bedroom suite overlooks the same stretch of ocean which its namesake, Italian explorer, Christopher Columbus, first sailed when he discovered St Barthelemy in 1493.

This 2,200-square-foot suite provides generous open spaces with a panoramic living area and a roomy air-conditioned terrace that can accommodate private dining for up to six guests.

Property owner, Jane Matthews, collaborated with the Eden Rock creative team to carefully design the Christopher Columbus Suite. Jane and the team selected furniture from leading contemporary artists Antonio Citterio (Bergére Chairs & Lutetia Sofa), Patricia Urquiola (Tufty Time Sofa & Fat Chair) and Rodolfo Dordoni (Boboli Dining Table). Additionally, Jane handpicked the décor with detailed finishes to complement the solid oak flooring and the finest Carrara marble. A freestanding Agape in-and-out bathtub by Benedini, made entirely of white Exmer, is featured standing in the middle of the room along with a spacious walk-in dressing room and make-up table.

The suite also boasts a state-of-the-art entertainment system, a private bar stocked with fine wines and spirits. Additionally, the suite will have a rotating art exhibition program featuring works by various international artists.

The exterior terrace of the suite connects to the Howard Hughes Loft, the Greta Garbo Suite and De Haenen Suite, all available to form the most luxurious villa on top of the iconic rock (for comprehensive booking to accommodate multiple guests).

Suite rates begin at $4,373 per night.
