Estate Yountville Unveils Remodeled Vintage House, Hotel Villagio & Spa

Visitors to the Napa Valley can find overnight accommodations as diverse as the states and countries from which they venture. From quaint B&Bs to luxury resorts, variations in gracious wine country hospitality exist at every turn. Looking for a celebrity chef-owned restaurant experience? You’ll find it. Seeking a pool around which to lounge? It’s there. Craving a luxurious spa treatment? No problem. And how about a hosted bountiful breakfast each morning? At Estate Yountville in the heart of the Napa Valley – a luxurious must-stop on Napa Valley traveler itineraries - you’ll find each of these things and more.

Comprised of Vintage House (pictured above), Hotel Villagio, The Spa at The Estate, and lifestyle shopping and dining destination V Marketplace, Estate Yountville is located on 22 acres of some of the most prized real estate in Napa Valley and is within strolling distance of the best of everything for which Napa is known: wine tasting rooms, gourmet restaurants, shopping, parks, and artworks. The Estate has seen several transformations during its existence, but the most current metamorphosis is its most ambitious to date. Ownership team Brookfield Properties assembled several of the world’s most sought-after designers and architects to bring the luxury vision to life while maintaining the rural character of Yountville and its surroundings.

Surrounded by lush vineyards and calming water features, Vintage House (above and below) and its public spaces flawlessly blend Napa Valley’s viticultural history with a modern, chic, and relaxed vibe. One of the first luxe hotels in the Valley, originally called Vintage Inn, the recent remodel ensures that it maintains its stature as one of Napa’s poshest options. The tone is set at check-in where guests are greeted upon arrival in the Great Room with a glass of wine served from the front desk-adjacent steamer-trunk bar. Reminiscent of a sophisticated and contemporary Wine Country residence, the stunning Great Room features vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, tufted velvet furniture, and a romantic wrought-iron and crystal chandelier. Varied seating areas and conversation corners become popular gathering spots in the evenings when the no-host bar pops-up to offer craft cocktails, bubbles, and local wines.

Uncommonly expansive guestrooms incorporate natural elements and materials that invoke a Napa sense of place; features include sumptuous bedding, oversized wood-burning fireplaces, private furnished balconies or patios, extra-large bathrooms, oversized double showers, and natural ESPA bath amenities. Well-stocked mini bars include luxe-sized spirits and varied snacks from V Marketplace’s Italian mercato Ottimo. Stays include daily continental breakfast, daily turndown service with a gift of nearby Kollar Chocolates, Wi-Fi, and parking. An invitingly large swimming pool and whirlpool beckon when the sun shines brightly (as it often does), as do tennis and bocce ball courts. Dinner is steps away at the award-winning Bottega. The complimentary and bountiful Wine Country buffet breakfast, served in the property’s historic Groezinger Estate House, features breads and pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, meats, and cheeses. And should your room prove too cozy to leave, a full room-service menu is offered.
