The Vintage Room, arguably the most sought-after après and lunch destination in all Park City, reopens for Ski Season 2022/ 2023 with the addition of an outdoor bar, enlarged deck, fire pit and daily live music.  The clear and heated structure is located slopeside along one of Deer Valley Resort's beautifully groomed ski runs- accessible via skiing or from the main Resort building via wooden walkway.  The seafood-centric menu, under the direction of Executive Chef Pierson Shields, has expanded to include additional fresh offerings flown in daily from Nantucket, Maine and Hawaii, with a menu that includes East and West Coast Oysters, Calamari and Octopus Ceviche, Maine Rock Crab Claws, RIME Clam Chowder, Crab Salad Rolls, Spicy Shrimp Pan Roast, Maine Lobster Salad and Turkey Chili.  Wines by premier New Zealand vintner Cloudy Bay are available along with a curated selection from the Resort’s 10,000 bottle Wine Vault.  The Vintage Room is the best people watching in Park City.

La Stellina, the new high-design Italian restaurant, will open January, 2023 in the Resort's Snow Park building under the direction of Consulting Chef Matthew Harris in concert with Executive Chef Pierson Shields.   La Stellina's mosaic floors evoke the streets of Italy and the restaurant's rich colors reflect its Wasatch Mountain location.  Simple, fresh ingredients translate into sophisticated flavors at this innovative Italian restaurant, where retro-inspired elegance meets family flair. Locally sourced produce combines with Italian meats, cheeses, and pastas to create dishes that appeal to every palate.  Superb wine offerings will be available, with sommeliers on hand for recommendations.

The sleek and sophisticated new Astor Bar, located next to La Stellina, will serve innovative libations including those from the Winter Cocktail Menu including the RIME Stone Cowboy, the Alpine Martini and Miner's Eye along with food from La Stellina's menu.  Two Topgolf Swing Suites, located in the Snow Park building, offer exciting virtual games, music and an innovative menu for guests of all ages.

Also new for the 2022/ 2023 Ski Season is breakfast and après at the refined and cozy Library, immediately adjacent to the stunning Lobby in the Resort's Main Building.  Music will waft subtly from live strings or piano.

Dining at The St. Regis Deer Valley features RIME, the Resort's signature restaurant with fresh seafood and sustainably sourced prime cuts, what has been called, "The best seafood and steak restaurant in Utah."  RIME features indoor dining as well as year-round outdoor dining on its heated patios, a captivating and unique “Fossil Wall,” and an exhibition kitchen.  Enjoy RIME's menu in the sophisticated Wine Vault, with its crescent shaped light grey tufted banquettes and dark blue linen walls.  The Wine Vault contains over 10,000 bottles and 1,200 different labels, with the perfect ambiance for an intimate dinner.

The Resort's dining options include Brasserie 7452, the light-filled French bistro surrounding a three-sided fireplace perfect for all ages; the St. Regis Bar, with supple leather seating and vibrant murals that pay tribute to the history of Park City, and the Mountain Terrace, serving the Resort's renowned Seafood Tower, which can be enjoyed next to the 40-foot long Garden of Fire that beckons guests to enjoy the great outdoors and the daily live music.
