Experience 'La Dolce Vita' at B Bar's Terrace During 71st Venice International Film Festival

Organized by La Biennale di Venezia, the line-up for this edition is rich and exciting, with a central focus on quality, discovery and diversity with original works that represent different themes of cinema from around the world. Among the stars that will walk the red carpet this year include Al Pacino, James Franco, Michael Keaton, Willem Dafoe, Ethan Hawke, Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Catherine Deneuve, Chiara Mastroianni, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Emma Stone and Naomi Watts.

The best spot to catch a glimpse of your favorite celebrities is at the BBar Lounge, James Bond¹s favorite nightspot in Venice, located inside the historical BAUERs L¹Hotel. It¹s not surprising to find celebrities such as Daniel Craig, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Sting hanging out at the B-Bar, especially during the Film Festival.

The BBar Lounge, is an ideal setting to grab an after-dinner drink, socialize with friends and simply unwind. The elegant interiors along with friendly, yet attentive staff make guests feel at home. At this historic bar, cocktails are often named after famous American and Italian stars, such as: Elvis Presley, Greta Garbo, Marilyn Monroe, and Frank Sinatra. The BBar offers an amazing list of legendary cocktails, fine wines, exclusive liqueurs, drinks and the unfailing spritz (Venice¹s typical aperitif) accompanied by a tasteful selection of hot and cold snacks and finger foods, better known as cicchetti. Simply pick up the menu, choose your favorite drink and sit back and relax!

In addition, Gennaro Florio, bartender at the stylish BBar has an exclusive cocktail in store for their guests: The BSensation. Red like the red carpet and sparkly like delicious champagne. The BSensation has a hint of wild hibiscus, a combination of vibrant colors, and delicious deep berry and rhubarb flavor. The ingredients are mixed together by using a selection of vintage shakers that come from vast regions of the world tracing back to the 1930s to present day.

In honor of the 71st Film Festival, the BAUERs are proud to present the Dolce Vita terrace. Each night, from August 28th to September 6th, the BBar terrace that looks out on the Canal Grande will host a series of parties that offer exclusive drinks, nights of dancing and dining under the stars.

Each night guests are welcome to experience a Venetian aperitivo at the Dolce Vita terrace from 6pm until midnight.

On August 29th and 30th as well as September 5th and 6th, BBar hosts a series of exclusive dinners outside on the terrace, which are open to those who make advanced reservations. The Bauers¹ prominent Chef Hiraki Masazuku will provide his guests with original dishes in which Mediterranean flavors are successfully combined with Asian cuisine. After dinner, guests are welcomed to stop at the BBar for a night of music and dance, which last until 4am.

The BAUERs group is passionate about presenting its guests with all current activities of Venetian cultural life. Venice¹s calendar of events also offer those who are interested in architecture, the 14th International Architecture Exhibition that is open to the public until November 23rd, at the Giardini and Arsenale. Among the collateral exhibitions be sure not to miss out on visiting the Zuecca Project Space, a gallery that promotes cultural artistic exchanges between Venice and the world. This art center is situated on Giudecca Island at Zitelle Palladian complex that adjoins Le Zitelle church and Il Palladio, a prestigious property owned by The BAUERs group. On view now is The Yenikapi Project designed by Peter Eisenman and Aytac architects, which is open until November 23rd, 2014.
