Tour a private truffle oak plantation and see how truffles are cultivated. Go on a stroll through olive groves and maybe even pick some fresh fruit right off the trees, whether it be grapes, apricots, cherries, plums, apples, pears, pomegranates, or figs. Finish off the tour with a wine and olive oil tasting, then enjoy a traditional Provençal lunch (summer truffle lunch available when in season) with all you care to drink of the local wine. Afterward, relax the way the French do, with a game of boules!

Go behind the scenes of the world's most secretive business. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade. You'll be regaled with stories of successes and sabotage, and learn to tell the difference between a real Provençal tuber melanosporum and its inferior Chinese and Italian counterparts. You'll also experience the lush tranquility of some of the most beautiful countryside in France. Tours are followed up with an assortment of truffle hors d'oeuvres and Champagne, enjoyed while learning how to properly clean, store and cook with truffles.
