The fares include a six- or seven-day voyage with all meals on board; roundtrip flight from Newark; hotel accommodations for two nights at either end of the sailing; airport and ship transfers and current air, cruise and hotel taxes and air fuel surcharges. Additional add-on gateways from more than 50 North America cities, including Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Toronto, are offered at fares of $95 to $845 per person. Guests can purchase optional excursions that range from a trip to The North Cape, the northernmost point on the European continent, with a visit to the North Cape Hall and time spent with the local Sami people and their reindeer herds, to A Taste of Vesterålen, which takes in the historical and cultural highlights of this incredibly scenic archipelago region between Harstad and Sortland; and Trondheim with Nidaros Cathedral where guests can explore this well-preserved 1,000-year-old city and its near 1,000-year-old cathedral.
