The Crystal Diva

The Crystal Diva is a tropical take on a classic gimlet cocktail enhanced with Asian herbs and flowers. Premium Citadelle Original gin is mixed with fino sherry, a dry fortified wine, then infused with orange blossom, jasmine, and enhanced with a dash of lemongrass cordial to evoke the sensation of a stroll through an organic garden. These ingredients are then gently stirred and poured into a Nick & Nora coupe glass by Maison Sarah Lavoine, the acclaimed French design studio. Finally, the drink is garnished with a white chocolate shard and a touch of jasmine and lemongrass.
This forms part of a series of Citadelle Gin cocktails and mocktails that is presented in Maison Sarah Lavoine glasses at MGallery hotels across the globe until 31st August 2025.
Pho Cocktail

The authentic flavours of pho, Vietnam’s iconic noodle soup, are brought to life in this original cocktail. The resort’s talented Vietnamese mixologists expertly blend gin with the timeless elements of pho, including aromatic herbs and local spices, to inspire a surprising drink that showcases the complex seasoning of this beloved national dish. This extraordinary beverage forms part of “Pho-losophy,” a four-course gastronomic journey which also includes a beef & herb spring roll, an indulgent Hanoi-style short rib beef & truffle noodle soup, and a unique pho-influenced dessert.
