Perfect fall weather calls for plenty of opportunities to get outside and embark on scenic fitness, wellness, and social activities at The Citizens Club at Mountain Shadows. From downward-facing dog in the moonlight to lunges on the lawn, there is a little something for everybody in the shadow of Camelback Mountain.

The wellness series commences with Blue Sky Bootcamp on Saturday, October 12 at 9 a.m. on the lawn facing Camelback Mountain. This high-energy class builds strength and burns fat with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises.

Looking to wind down and tap into your inner senses before starting a busy week? Try out Moonlight Yoga on Sunday, October 13 at 6 p.m. on the Camelback Overlook rooftop deck. Go on a guided journey with wellness and yoga guru Veronica Clark and experience utmost tranquility as you breathe with intention through an hour-long yoga class. Stick around afterward for a glass of wine under the stars.

Prefer to pair your yoga routine with brunch and mimosas? Be sure to join in on Namaste for Brunch on Saturday, October 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Start the weekend with yoga on the lawn with scenic views of Camelback Mountain and enjoy brunch bites to appease your appetite from Hearth ’61. While brunching, invigorate your palate with mimosas and Suja Juice samples.
