Fall Foodie Escape at Wyoming's Brush Creek Ranch

Set across 30,000 acres of Wyoming wilderness, Brush Creek Ranch is pairing the beauty of autumn with an exceptional farm-to-table culinary event. Taking place October 29–November 1, the Ranch is bringing back its Food, Wine & Whiskey Weekend for a second year, combining world-class western fare with outdoor adventure and crisp mountain air.

Food, Wine & Whiskey Weekend is a four-day celebration bringing together exceptional food, wine and spirits. Guests can expect ranch-raised American Wagyu, cheeses made at the onsite goat creamery, Greenhouse-grown produce, curated wine experiences and spirits from Brush Creek Distillery, alongside hands-on culinary experiences, tastings and memorable pairing dinners.

Weekend itinerary highlights include a Wagyu Grilling Experience with Executive Chef Nicholas Pissare & Guest Chef Justin Carlisle, a seven-time James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: Midwest and a passionate advocate for the local food movement; Archery & Wine Tasting Experience, Horseback Riding & Wine Tasting Experience, a Western Wine & Whiskey Reception, Pasta Making & Wine Tasting with Marchesi Antinori, Wine Masterclass with Vineyard 7 & 8, and a special Wild West Shootout.

Additional favorite Ranch activities in autumn include hiking through golden fall foliage, mountain biking through Medicine Bow National Forest, fly fishing in world-class waters or slowing down with Forest Bathing Nature Meditation. Days end gathered in the Saloon, around a campfire, or in the Lodge’s luxury accommodations.
