Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum has unveiled the first completed Mansion from its exclusive residential project.
Developed by AHEN, a company founded by Mr. Mehmet Cengiz – chairman of Cengiz Holdings, a leading Turkish conglomerate in the country’s construction, energy, mining and tourism sectors, and designed by the renowned ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the project occupies the tip of a pristine 60-hectare peninsula nestled between two of the most breathtaking bays along the Bodrum coast. The complex spans 68 hectares of terraced Mediterranean gardens and will include a resort alongside 101 Bvlgari-branded seafront and hillside Mansions, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms—all designed to foster a safe, sophisticated, and sustainable international community and reflecting Bvlgari’s vision of contemporary elegance and refined living.
Each Mansion is discreetly integrated into the landscape, with native vegetation covering the rooftops to ensure minimal visual impact from the sea and to preserve the uninterrupted natural panorama. This architectural choice is more than aesthetic; it is a testament to Bvlgari’s enduring commitment to sustainability and authentic living.
Now open for private visits, the first completed Mansion showcases the essence of Mediterranean sophistication. Spanning two floors, the six-bedroom residence features a scenographic staircase, a dramatic double-height living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a grand dining space with an open kitchen by Molteni&C | Dada Engineered, a private fitness room outfitted with Technogym equipment, and a massage room. Furnished with iconic pieces selected by ACPV ARCHITECTS, the interiors highlight works from Maxalto, B&B Italia, Flexform, and decorative lighting by Flos, FontanaArte, Aggio, and Oluce. Carpets by Altai and custom finishes underscore Bvlgari’s dedication to exceptional quality and contemporary Italian design.
Celebrating cultural heritage, the interiors feature a curated selection of Turkish contemporary artworks by Mübin Orhon, Ergin İnan, and Devrim Erbil, alongside a rare 18th-century Anatolian Kilim and vintage Iznik-style ceramics from Florence’s historic Cantagalli Manufactory.
The carefully landscaped garden extends to a secluded beach complete with a private deck. A striking 16-meter infinity pool anchors the outdoor space, accompanied by a refined lounge with a fireplace and a dining area ideal for entertaining. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and uninterrupted views, the setting offers a sense of privacy and quiet sophistication.
The masterplan’s landscaping, entrusted to the award-winning firm Cracknell, draws from the peninsula’s native ecosystem. Their regenerative approach blends indigenous planting with discreet walkways and water-wise solutions to create a sustainable sanctuary that evolves over time. Sustainability is at the core of every detail. Exteriors are clad in travertine and sandstone, with high-performance windows designed for optimal insulation. Interiors are finished with Denizli travertine from a local quarry and Perla Rocca quartzite in bathrooms, complemented by fittings from Axor, Antonio Lupi, Kaldewei, Geberit, and Duravit. Stone excavated during construction has been reintegrated into the surrounding landscape, enhancing biodiversity and ecological balance.
Advanced systems—including climate control and lighting—are seamlessly integrated. Illumination, designed by ZKLD, a leading Turkish studio known for responsible lighting design, employs warm, subtle tones that highlight materiality without disrupting the natural environment.
The 101 Bvlgari Mansions, ranging from 850 to 2,800 sqm, are arranged across terraced terrain, all boasting panoramic sea views. This exclusive residential offering marries Italian elegance with Mediterranean heritage. Mansion residents will enjoy privileged access to the amenities of the upcoming Bvlgari Resort Bodrum, including signature dining experiences such as Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Hōseki Japanese restaurant, a Mediterranean seafood restaurant, La Spiaggia beachfront dining, and the iconic Bvlgari Bar, all located along the Aegean seafront, complete with a private pier for boat access. A 2,200 sqm spa will introduce an immersive wellness philosophy, featuring hyperbaric therapy, zero-body dry flotation, and a Himalayan salt sauna.
Owners will also benefit from two private beach clubs, a sea-view amphitheater for cultural events, and a bespoke property management service designed to anticipate every need.
With this unveiling, Bvlgari introduces a new icon of coastal living—where architectural mastery, sustainable design, and the art of Italian hospitality converge in the heart of the Mediterranean.
