After the sauna, indulge in a deep tissue massage. Perfect for battling muscle fatigue or painful knots, the massage incorporates deep compression, neuromuscular techniques – helping you reset and restore for top performance.

End your spa session with your choice of rejuvenating facials, including the O2 Awakening Facial, which penetrates the skin and releases oxygen molecules into the epidermal layer to re-energize natural cellular functions and eliminate toxins. A deep oxygenation and breathing massage further decongests the body and mind.
