Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol Moving Forward with Construction and Sales

California-based Oakmont Corporation announces it has secured $500 million in reservations for luxury residences at its Cove Club development, which includes both the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol and Cove Club at Cabo Del Sol. The projects officially launched formal sales and reservations in 2021 and the first homes at Cove Club will be complete by March 2022.

The exclusive and highly anticipated oceanfront projects along the famed Los Cabos Corridor continue to move forward on the villas, residences, Four Seasons Resort and amenities such as spa facilities and restaurants. In addition, Cove Club, the 500-acre private beach club and golf community within Cabo Del Sol, is launching the second phase of sales of its residences and beachfront lots, known as The Reef. Included in this offering of 52 new ownership opportunities is an expansive $28 million oceanfront homesite.

Cove Club and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol are situated along 50 breathtaking beachfront acres and will resemble a low-density seaside village when complete in mid-2023. The Four Seasons development will encompass a 96-room resort, including spa and fitness facilities, pools and restaurants, along with 61 branded residences. Each Four Seasons home will offer direct and expansive ocean views with prices starting at $4.8 million, and each owner has the option to join the brand’s rental program. In addition, owners at this Four Seasons can purchase membership in Cove Club, providing access to the newly privatized Cove Club Course and the exclusive new Cove Beach Club.

Cove Club, which will ultimately have 375 homesites and residences, will soon launch its newest phase, The Reef at Cove Club, touting eight oceanfront homesites and 44 three-to-six-bedroom private residences ranging from $4.2 - $28 million and offering indoor-outdoor living spaces celebrating the Baja lifestyle. The homesites and homes of The Reef are within steps of the Cove Beach Club and the iconic 18th hole of the private Cove Club Course. Plus, Cove Club just opened Agave Park, the new amenity for racquet enthusiasts including tennis courts, pickle ball and Argentinian Padel courts.
