The facilities possess a garden approximately 16.3 acres in size, which includes numerous historic landmarks and buildings. In the next three years, Fujita is scheduled to invest 7 billion yen in the project. In addition to the renovation of the hotel which includes the expansion of guest rooms and bathrooms with a garden view, the company is planning to construct a new riverside cafe to provide a new experience in dining and tea time, and a live kitchen exclusively for the service of sweets.

Also, a new bridal tower is planned to satisfy the wide variety of customers in weddings and banquets. Furthermore, Fujita plans to arrange new services such as ordering prime menus from every restaurant in the hotel by room service, and programs to experience Japanese culture and history in various locations within the hotel.

Chinzan-so was given its name some 130 years ago in the 11th year of the Meiji Period (1878) by the celebrated Prince Aritomo Yamagata. It is a rare place in the center of Tokyo where Japanese history and culture along with the beautiful natural atmosphere can be appreciated. For more information, call 011 81-3-5981-7703.
